Dr. Charles Lee grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and attended Louisiana Tech University before being accepted to LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his Internship and Anesthesiology residency at LSU Charity Hospital, with emphasis on cardiothoracic, pediatric, high-risk obstetric, and neonatal anesthesia.

He developed a passion for Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine in 2007, and in August 2013 founded Regenesis LLC in Huntsville, AL — the first practice of its kind in the region.

He is a board-certified Fellow in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine and a board-certified Fellow in Stem Cell Therapy granted by MMI. Dr. Lee is the only physician credentialed by the State Board of Medical Directors specifically to perform stem cell harvesting, isolation, and orthopedic injections in Alabama.

He served as founder and president of Comprehensive Anesthesiology Services in 1995, and spent a record-setting year at Terrebonne General Medical Center doing Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia before joining Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia Services of Huntsville.

Front Office Administrator

Courtney Wagner

Originally from south Huntsville, Courtney brings over a decade of financial and customer service experience to ReGenesis. Quality patient care is her top priority.

A graduate of Grissom High School and the University of Alabama where she studied business administration, Courtney began her career with Regenesis in February 2021. She is inspired daily by patient testimonials and the lives being changed at the practice. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy camping, sports, and traveling with their three children.

Nurse Practitioner

Mandy Caruso, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C

With more than 10 years of nursing experience across cardiology, mental health, and stem cell therapy, Mandy is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In addition to a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing, Mandy holds certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She has a special interest in preventive medicine, mental health, and health education. She lives in Huntsville with her husband, two boys, and their dog, and enjoys hiking, gardening, and working through the National Parks bucket list.

Kristina Nottingham

A BSN graduate of the University of West Florida with six years in emergency medicine and trauma ICU nursing, Kristina brings clinical precision and genuine compassion to every patient interaction.

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Kristina relocated to Huntsville three years ago and has continued her commitment to helping patients achieve better health and quality of life. Outside of work she enjoys time with her dog Oaks, reading, and gathering with friends.

Susanna Minnick, RN, B.S.

A dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in pediatrics and adolescent psychiatric care, Susanna brings a faith-centered, service-oriented approach to every patient interaction.

Originally from Berks County, Pennsylvania, Susanna has been married for 19 years and is the proud mother of two. In addition to her clinical work, she is a licensed pastor. Her personal passions include strength training, baking, and regularly fostering kittens in need of a nurturing start to life.

Madison Stinson

An Alabama native with a diverse background in pharmacy, pediatric volunteering, and hands-on clinical care, Madison brings compassionate, detail-oriented support to every patient she meets.

Originally from Arab, Alabama and a graduate of A.P. Brewer High School, Madison's experience across community healthcare and clinical settings gives her a unique ability to connect with patients at every level of their care. Outside of work she enjoys paddle-boarding, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her son.
